Warranty Information

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

ATX provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable. Warranty coverage varies by component:

» Frame and structural components: 1 year from date of original purchase

» Moving parts (bearings, pulleys, cables): 1 year from date of original purchase

» Pads, grips and other items: 90 days from date of original purchase

This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use when the equipment is properly assembled and maintained according to the product manual. This warranty does NOT cover:

» Normal wear and tear

» Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or use

» Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

» Damage from commercial use (for Class H equipment)

» Damage from accident, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions

» Shipping damage (must be reported to carrier within 48 hours of delivery)

» Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or rust caused by environmental exposure

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATX Fitness Corp. AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS, DEALERS, AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO DEALER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE OF ATX Fitness Corp. IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be, at ATX Fitness Corp.'s option, repair or replacement of the defective component, or a refund of the purchase price. ATX Fitness Corp. reserves the right to inspect any claimed defect before authorizing warranty service.

For warranty claims or to order replacement parts, please contact your authorized ATX dealer or ATX customer service. To expedite your request, please have the following information available:

» Name and shipping address

» Purchase receipt or invoice number

» The item number of the device

» Part number from the part list/exploded view diagram

» For warranty claims, please provide clear photographs showing the defective part(s) and any visible damage

Use only genuine ATX original replacement parts to maintain your warranty coverage and ensure safe operation. Use of non-genuine parts voids all warranties and may create a safety hazard.

Unauthorized modifications to this equipment or exceeding specified weight capacity limits will void all warranties and may result in serious injury or death.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ATX Fitness Corp., ITS AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS, DEALERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS EQUIPMENT; (B) ANY DEFECT IN THE EQUIPMENT; (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE EQUIPMENT; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE EQUIPMENT, EVEN IF ATX Fitness Corp. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ATX Fitness Corp. FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
