Return Policy
This Return Policy ("Return Policy") applies to all sales using the ATX Fitness website located at www.atxfitness.com (the "Website") and any related products, and services (collectively, the "Services") of ATX Fitness Corp. (collectively with its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and representatives as "ATX Fitness", "us", "we", or "our"), a Delaware corporation.
Your use of this Website and ATX Fitness’s Services constitutes your consent and agreement to this Return Policy. Before use of any Services, you should review both this Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions for this Website in full.
You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery; provided that the returned or exchange item is received by us within 30 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used, assembled, modified, or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange, or a reduced refund, at our discretion. You are responsible for inspecting photos, descriptions, and details of an item before purchasing. Initiating a return
To initiate the return of an item for a refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number from our Returns Department by sending an email to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. When initiating the return of an item for a refund, please state the reason for the return, your order number, and include pictures of the item in whole and its defects (if applicable). If you received a damaged, wrong, or incomplete item, please notify ATX Fitness immediately for resolution.
Refunds are processed within approximately two (2) weeks of ATX Fitness's receipt of the returned merchandise in acceptable condition. All refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase, less the original shipping and handling costs. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
ATX Fitness retains the right to refuse or approve any request for refund on the basis of the contents of a refund request. ATX Fitness recommends you provide as much information as possible to allow for an expedient and seamless process.
Return Exceptions
All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, clearance items, and gift cards. Fitness equipment that has been assembled, used, or modified cannot be returned. Items returned incomplete or without original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection and ATX Fitness reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions set forth in this Return Policy.
At ATX Fitness, our business relies on satisfied customers. ATX Fitness will use reasonable efforts to facilitate a refund when a return meets the refund criteria set forth in this Return Policy. ATX Fitness takes the refund process and damage claims seriously, and will investigate each claim upon request. Refunds are not permitted for any return where a return request is made after 30 days of delivery.
Unless otherwise determined by us, you are responsible for arranging and paying for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. ATX Fitness is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. All returns may be subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee, which will be waived if the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Exception for Our Error or Defective Products
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, as determined by ATX Fitness in its sole discretion, ATX Fitness will cover return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us at [email protected] for a prepaid return shipping label. For defective products, warranty claims are governed by ATX Fitness’s Limited Warranty, available at www.atxfitness.com/warranty.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If an item has arrived as advertised and does not qualify for the Return Policy, the return will not be accepted. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment.
If a delivery service is used, please have the delivery service photograph the item before taking possession, and please contact the delivery service directly if the item is damaged in transit. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE RETURN ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
ATX Fitness reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time without notice to you, in our sole discretion. Any changes to this Return Policy will be in effect as of the "Last Updated" date referenced in this Return Policy. You should review this Return Policy prior to using ATX Fitness’s Services. Your continued use of the Services after the "Last Updated" date will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. This Return Policy is subject to and incorporates by reference ATX Fitness’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Limited Warranty, available at www.atxfitness.com.
