The ATX® Warrior Multi Bench Slim with its extra-narrow backrest is engineered to enhance bench press performance and unlock new muscle stimulation for increased strength and hypertrophy.
The slim upper back padding allows for freer scapular movement compared to traditional wider benches, significantly extending the range of motion. This improves flexibility and muscle activation—especially during bench presses, flyes, and other upper-body movements—resulting in greater muscle recruitment and development.
Despite the narrow design, the widened lumbar support area provides excellent stability, enabling all common exercises typically performed on a multifunction bench.
