The ATX® Warrior Multibank Slim, featuring an extra-narrow backrest, can significantly enhance performance in the bench press and create new training stimuli for increased strength and muscle growth.
Thanks to the slim back padding in the thoracic spine area, the shoulder blades can move more freely than on conventional wide-padded benches, resulting in a noticeably greater range of motion. This improves muscle stretch and flexibility. Especially during bench presses and fly movements—but also in many other exercises—more muscle fibers are activated, which can lead to greater muscle stimulation and improved performance gains.
The ATX® Warrior Multibank Slim with its narrow backrest is therefore the ideal weight bench for introducing new training stimuli. It allows you to perform all exercises that can be done on a conventional adjustable bench. Despite the slim backrest, the widened padding in the lumbar area ensures a stable and secure position during training.
