The ATX Multi Grip Bar MG-2, with its angled grips, is a variation on the traditional swiss bar with straight grips. The neutral grip helps reduce strain on the wrists and shoulders. There are four different grips with widths ranging from 16 cm to 76 cm, where the narrow grip emphasizes the triceps and the wide grip targets the chest muscles. By flipping the bar, the angled grips point in the opposite direction, ideal for bicep curls and bench presses with elbows tucked in. The ATX Multi Grip Bar MG-2 is perfect for athletes who want to train a neutral grip for increased explosive power.

Unlike many other specialty bars with a diameter of 48 mm, ATX bars have a standard diameter of 50 mm. This makes them suitable for all Olympic collars and weight plates will fit tightly without slack.
