The neutral grip helps to reduce strain on the shoulders and is ideal for athletes with shoulder issues. This bar is perfect for various bench press variations but can also be used for other exercises such as hammer curls or triceps extensions. Thanks to the different grip widths, and potentially in combination with chains or resistance bands, this bar offers an incredible range of applications. The ATX Multi Grip Bar MG-1 is ideal for athletes looking to train with a neutral grip to enhance explosive strength.

Unlike many other specialty bars with a 48 mm diameter, ATX bars feature a standard 50 mm diameter. This makes them compatible with all Olympic collars and ensures a tight fit for weight plates without slack.
