The ATX Safety Squat Bar allows for more comfortable and safer squatting. The forward-shifted center of gravity of the weights enables you to squat with a straighter back and an almost upright torso. This helps to train more effectively while reducing strain on the joints. The bar also rests easily on your upper back and shoulders without requiring your hands to hold it in place. This allows you to use your hands, for example, to hold the rack for extra support. The thick and firm neck and shoulder padding ensures optimal weight distribution and pressure reduction. The padding is made in one piece, so it won’t shift during training.

Unlike many other specialty bars with a 48 mm diameter, ATX specialty bars have a standard 50 mm diameter. They are therefore compatible with all Olympic collars, and weight plates will fit snugly without slack.
