This versatile lat pulldown machine combines classic overhead lat pulldown exercises with seated rowing in a particularly well-designed construction. The seat is foldable and can be converted into a long, stable rowing bench within seconds. This turns the lat pulldown station into a fully functional seated rowing position with optimal body alignment and a large range of motion.
The leg support can be individually adjusted to three different pulling angles, ensuring secure support, stable body fixation, and clean force transmission in every exercise variation. This allows the latissimus, upper back, and the entire pulling musculature to be trained in a highly versatile and targeted way. The smooth, silky motion ensures an even, jerk-free movement pattern, while the heavy-duty, stable construction provides maximum stability even under high training loads.
Wit a height of 87.4”, the machine enables an especially large stretch range and thus a full, effective range of motion – ideal for intensive and biomechanically correct back training.
