This complete station allows for a fundamental range of exercises in a compact space. The integrated half rack is equipped with J-hooks and safety spotter arms as well as an integrated pull-up bar. The cable cross is equipped with 2 x 198 lb weight stacks. Roller pegs for attaching resistance bands, which can significantly increase the pulling resistance, are already attached as standard. A comprehensive storage system offers plenty of space for discs, dumbbells, and bars, ensuring a perfectly organized training environment. Expandable with many other accessories such as a multi-press, jammer arms, landmine, belt squat, etc.
