The innovative concept combines the advantages of guided machine training with both bilateral and alternating exercise execution. Thanks to the independently suspended lever arms and a coupling pin, users can perform either alternating single-arm movements or simultaneous two-arm exercises. In addition, the machine also allows for traditional free-weight training with a barbell or EZ curl bar via the integrated preacher curl pad.
Featuring outstanding biomechanics with an optimally matched resistance curve, as well as bilateral and alternating training options, the ATX® Biceps Blaster delivers highly effective, joint-friendly, and exceptionally intense biceps workouts.
