The ATX® Multi-Pull Rack MPHR-740 – 2.0 is far more than a half rack with cable attachments – it’s a full-featured powerhouse for serious training!
Six cable points with swiveling pulley arms allow versatile training setups. All pulley stations are linked to 2 x 110 kg weight stacks with a 2:1 resistance ratio. Middle pulleys can be used alternately or synchronously with the included cable connector for diverse single-arm or bilateral movements. Lat pulldowns and seated rows are supported with the included leg pad and telescopic footrest.
Thanks to the J-Hooks, Spotter Arms, and integrated deadlift platform, this rack enables all core barbell exercises. An integrated pull-up station further expands the exercise variety.

What are the weight stack cable ratios?
The standard cable ratio is 2:1, meaning that selecting 100 lbs on the weight stack provides approximately 50 lbs of resistance. For the lat pulldown and low row exercises, both cables can be connected to engage both weight stacks simultaneously, effectively creating a 1:1 ratio and delivering the full selected weight as resistance.
What are the ATX XT-Arms?
The ATX XT-Arms (also known as Extender Arms) are pivoting cable arms that can be positioned nearly anywhere on the rack, both inside and outside the uprights. They offer almost 180° of horizontal adjustability, can be moved vertically up and down the upright to any desired height, and feature a 360° swiveling cable outlet for maximum exercise versatility and freedom of movement.
What is the maximum width of the XT-Arms?
The XT-Arms can extend to approximately 74.4" (189 cm) width.
Are the front feet required, or can they be left off?
The front feet add extra stability and allow the rack to be used as a free-standing unit without anchoring it to the floor or wall. They can be removed to reduce the overall floor space, but if you choose to do so, the rack must be securely bolted to the floor to ensure safe use.
