FUNCTION & TRAINING BENEFITS

The new ATX® Belt Squat delivers outstanding training results with significantly reduced strain on the lower back and knees compared to conventional squat machines and free-weight squats.

Weight is transferred directly from the hips to the legs via the training belt, relieving the spine and lower back. The swinging lever arm and support handle allow for optimal posture and balance throughout each rep.
