Warranty Information

All products purchased from IFS GmbH come with a one-year warranty.

There are no additional costs for this warranty. As we provide this warranty voluntarily, driven by conviction and absolute confidence in our products, you, as a customer, benefit sustainably in case of need from this additional value! With this warranty statement, we aim to inform you about the extent of our warranty.

In principle, the warranty does not affect the legal rights of the consumer or the customer arising from the purchase contract, the warranty for defects, and the product liability law.

The warranty provider is IFS GmbH, Lothforster-Straße 46, D-41849 Wasserberg. The warranty is valid worldwide, but only for authorized ATX® dealer.

 

Duration of the Warranty

All products purchased from a shop or sales department, directly operated by IFS GmbH come with a one-year warranty.

The warranty period starts upon commissioning of the good. Warranty services provided do not extend the warranty period.

 

Scope of Our Warranty

Our warranty covers the free rectification of defects occurring during the warranty period and falling under the warranty, especially material or manufacturing defects.

Not covered by the warranty are defects due to improper use, overload, lack of maintenance, installation or assembly errors, improper storage, damage due to weather or moisture influences. Also not covered by the warranty are signs of wear, such as colour, paint, and coating abrasion at contact surfaces, and surface abrasion through use (pads, cushions, flooring, cables & ropes). Furthermore, computer items and electronic parts are not covered by the warranty unless otherwise stated in the respective item description!

The warranty covers the free rectification of defects occurring during the warranty period and falling under the warranty. At our discretion, a replacement part will be supplied, a product repaired, or the product exchanged. The assembly or disassembly of a defective part or product is not covered by the warranty services. In the event of a warranty case, we will send the replacement part or the exchanged product or the repaired product to you at our expense. At our discretion and in consultation with you, we also offer on-site repairs. Replaced parts and exchanged products that remain with us become our property.

 

How to Claim Warranty Services

In case of a warranty claim, please send us the invoice number and, if applicable, the order number, and documentation of the defect with detailed information or pictures, such as a designation of the component and the component number, to our email address sales[at]if-sports.com.
